16. The Son's
Crushed Fingers
A man who bought a new
car, came to his house to show it to his wife, who was working in the kitchen.
But when they came out, they found their son ridiculously hammering a dent in
the car. It really infuriated the father who mercilessly hammered the son's hand
into pulp as punishment. As he got back his wit, he took his son to a nearby
hospital, where in order to save his hand the doctors finally had to amputate
the fingers from the boy's both hands.
When the boy woke up from
the surgery and saw his bandaged stubs, he innocently said, “Daddy, I'm sorry.”
Then he asked, “But when are my fingers going to grow back?” The incident
tormented the father and he committed suicide. His one evil step not only
spoilt his child's hand, but also snatched a father's hand from the child.
