Trust in God
Once, a man in
cloudy weather with zero visibility was climbing. He was only a few feet away from
the top of the mountain. He slipped and fell into the air, falling at a great
speed. He kept falling and remembered all good and bad episodes of his life.
While falling he was thinking how close death was getting. Suddenly he felt a
rope tied to his waist. It pulled him very hard. Held only with a rope he
requested God to help him. Just then a deep voice came from the sky, “What do
you want me to do?” “Save me, God.” “Do you really think I can save you?” “Of
course I believe You can.” “Then hold the rope tied to your waist tightly.”
There was a moment of silence and the man decided to hold onto the rope with
all his strength. Next day, he was found alive, hanging and holding tight, from
a rope. He was only one foot away from the ground.
