22. Violet in the Corn Fields #Inspirational Moral Stories
Violet was an elf who lived in the forest. One day, she was
picking mushrooms for supper. 'Mommy will make our favourite mushroom soup
today,' she thought. Lost in these thoughts, she wandered far beyond the woods.
When she looked around, she was at an unknown place far from her home. Violet
wasn't the one to get disheartened easily. 'Surely, there must be a house
somewhere,' she thought. After a while, she found a farmer's hut. His children
were playing nearby. They saw little Violet and were very happy to have a new
friend. The farmer and his wife welcomed the beauty with the pointed ears into their
home. But Violet missed her family. One day, she saw a group of elves. "My
family is here!" she exclaimed. Violet waved goodbye to the farmer's
family and left for her home. They would miss her, but they knew she needed her
family.
Moral of the Story: The moral of the story is that family and belonging are
important, and sometimes, it's necessary to return to one's roots and loved
ones even if new friends are found along the way.
