45. All Work and no Play #Inspirational Moral Stories
Once upon a time, there was an ant. He had taught his
neighbour, the grasshopper, how important it was to work hard. He also taught
the grasshopper that one should not play all day. The grasshopper heeded the
ant's words and taught them to the members of his family. Many years later, the
grasshopper's son met the ant's son. The little grasshopper observed the ant
for a while and said, “Why are you so busy all the time?" "Well, I
think my father taught your father about that years ago," said the ant's
son. "Yes. But why do you work so hard? You also need to rest. You cannot
keep working all the time. All work and no play will make you dull," said the
little grasshopper. The little ant thought about it and replied, "Yes, my
friend. From now on, I will " spend time with my friends and family.
You're invited, too!"
