48. The Birthday Gift #Inspirational Moral Stories
Priscilla woke up feeling fresh one morning. She looked out
of the window and said, "What a lovely day! The sun seems to greet
me," she chirped. "Yes, and why not? Happy Birthday, dear," said
her grandmother, holding out a velvet coin purse for her. Priscilla liked the
little roses etched on it. "Thank you, Grandma!" she exclaimed. She opened
the purse and saw some money in it. She wondered what to do with it. Her cousin
said, "Give the money to charity." Her father said, "Put it in
the piggy bank." Her grandfather said, "Buy something for someone you
love." So, she put some money in the piggy bank. Then she went to the
florist and bought five roses: two for her grandparents, two for her parents
and one for her cousin. With the remaining money, she bought a few buns for the
stray dogs near her house and fed them.
