57. Mother's Love #Inspirational Moral Stories
Ellie was a silly girl. When her mother would ask her to
chase the cat away and feed grass to the cow, she would do quite the opposite.
The cow would be chased out of her shed in no time and let us not even think
about poor kitty's unthinkable plight before she bolted away in fright. One
day, Ellie went to the park. Soon she felt thirsty. So she drank to her fill
from a pond and fell asleep on a bench. It was night when she woke up. As she hurried
home, a watchman asked her, "Who are you? Why are you out so late?"
Ellie thought, 'Who am I? Am I not Ellie?' She knocked at her door and asked,
"Is Ellie home?" Her mother said, "She must be asleep."
Ellie said, "Oh, then I'm not Ellie." Ellie's mother opened the door
and hugged her tight before tucking her into bed.
Moral of the Story: The story emphasizes the unwavering love and care of a
