96. The Circus #Inspirational Moral Stories
Edna had never been to the circus. One day, she went there
with her parents. She was quite excited to see the clowns. She laughed at their
silly jokes and funny acts. "Mom, the clowns are so funny," she said.
Then came the ringmaster with a group of lions. Edna was frightened to see the
lions performing in the ring. The ringmaster shouted commands and the lions
obeyed him. Edna was amazed to see this. "Mom, what if the lions jump on
us?" she asked. Her mother asked her to be calm. After the lions' act, it
was the tum of elephants. There was a loud trumpeting noise and four elephants
walked into the ring. "Mom, look, there's a baby elephant, too." Edna
said. While performing tricks, the baby elephant put her trunk out of the ring
and touched Edna's hands. Edna offered a bun to the calf before the trainer led
him away.
