4. As Clean as Kim #Inspirational Moral Stories
Kim had many friends. She liked to play every day. When all
the kids. went home from school, Kim would be busy chasing butterflies and
beavers. When she returned home, she would be dirty from head to toe. One day,
when Kim ran out to play with her friends, she noticed that everyone was shrinking
away from her. "Why don't you come near me?" Kim asked. Ivy, her best
friend, said, "Your hair is smelly. Today we played hide-and-seek after
school. Our hair was sweaty with all the running around. Why didn't you wash
your hair like we did?" Kim looked at her friends. Indeed, their curls were
shiny and silky, unlike her matted, dirty hair. She said, "I always wash
my hands and feet, but I seldom wash my hair!" That day onwards, although
Kim did not wash her hair frequently yet she made sure that it was always
clean.
